OK, so your asking why is there a helicopter page on a site devoted to old airplanes? Because, helicopters are a true defination of "seat of the pants" flying. Even in a multi-million dollar machine, you're still "down low and real slow", VFR with your head out of the cockpit. Besides, we're all facinated by them (whether we admit it or not), and for those of us who have fallen in love with this machine, very little comes close to the thrill it provides us.
